“Solidatus is a brilliant place to be an Engineer if you thrive on solving big, hairy problems in a fast-moving environment. With a strong start-up mentality, you’ll get exposure to a wide range of technical challenges—and the freedom to tackle them head-on. You’re only limited by your time, your courage to dive in, and your drive to craft clever, elegant solutions. If you’re looking for an easy ride, this probably isn’t the place for you.

And when is it time to switch off? Our Engineering-led socials are legendary. We’ve heard from more than one ex-employee that nothing compares—whether it’s the frequency, the creativity, or the budget. From the wild to the wonderfully niche, there’s something for everyone (and everyone’s welcome). Just bring your curiosity and your sense of adventure.”
